The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Very nice apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic apartment in a great location with spectacular views. Isabella was very accommodating regarding check in and check out, and very friendly. Apartment just like the description and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, home from home. we would definitely recommend this apartment and Santa Pola to friends and family and will certainly return in the future. Could not have wished for a better place stay.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which is well located next to the beach and local amenities. We particularly enjoyed our walks , through the local park and to the harbour . The parking space is a real bonus , it’s convenient and keeps the car cool

I really want to thank the hosts the accommodation I have nothing to say modern beautiful new furniture clean building even remotely it responds very quickly you are not alone there is transportation nearby if you want to walk more commercial the beach and just a 3-minute walk the most swimming pools above the roof frankly I wait but I will come back my mother was very surprised since it was for her this trip and very satisfied and will come back there are several modern accommodations around the beaches of Torrevieja. The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Santa Pola is a lively town, surrounded by beautiful beaches, with a pretty marina and offering unmissable activities, such as boat shuttles to the island of Tabarca. Its historic center is typical of cities in the Valencia region. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free parking nearby. The apartment is just a 15-minute drive to the airport.

I was surprised they had beach chair to loan at apartment. Everything was nice except ventilation in a toilet. Time to get that done to get spotless review.

It is a gorgeous, secure apartment, in a quiet residential area. The apartment had absolutely everything that we needed in it for our short trip away. It also has a fabulous pool. We didn't hire a car and the town is approximately a 40 minute walk, or a short taxi ride away which cost between 8 and 10 euros. There is also a bus stop just along the street. When we did have any questions we received very fast replies. We hope to visit again!

Whenever I am in Guardamar, I go to this apartment. Super located. Get out of the house and in 20 meters on the beach promenade and sandy beach. Nina is always very easy to reach and the apartment is practically furnished. Always happy to go there.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

We have already visited Raimondas' apartment several times. We like the peace of Flamenca Village and the apartment with a roof terrace. The cycling roads in the area are excellent. There was also a locked storage room for bikes in the garage. 👍 It's great that now the roof terrace also has a water hose, which you can use to wash it from the dust of the Sahara. Thanks for that Raimondas and Svetlana! We will definitely come again! 😍
