We liked it a lot! The host was very helpful, she answered all our questions. Well-equipped house, all necessary kitchen and cleaning items were available, everything clean and tidy. The location is great, secluded, quiet, with incredible views from the balcony and windows. There's a grocery store a few meters away. Excellent experience.

The house was as advertised. Everything in place, comfortable beds, complete utensils. The house is very beautiful and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. We had a pleasant time with friends.

Second time staying at Alfredo's, everything is good, everything you need is there, quiet place, a housekeeper comes from time to time, very nice and Alfredo is very flexible, I will definitely come back more often, next time with my parents, I highly recommend it.

Great location. It is literally a 1-minute drive from downtown Guaramiranga. The condominium is excellent and is next to the Boulevard, where there are great places to eat and drink. The apartment is very good and has an excellent balcony.

The house is great, as we always feel at home, the main point of the house is the super flexible check-in and check-out. This is the 5th time we've been home. As always, everything was amazing.

Gregory is an amazing host. Replies quickly, helps and thinks with you. We went there for 2 nights, unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t had hot water the first day. Gregory resolved it the second day. Unfortunately the second day the bubbles weren’t working, but that couldn’t be helped. We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The next time we will return, but only if the jacuzzi works. 😆

The place is super cozy and the price is very good, especially for 2 people. the location is easy to reach and find coming by bus, and our hostess was super proactive and available when we needed it. it is close to the center of guaramiranga

The apartment is in the center of everything, across the street is the food court with restaurants and the fair, the neighbor has grocery stores and a pharmacy. Very well located. The accommodations are impeccable, the apartment is very well furnished and the balcony has a good view of the main street.

Impeccable villa, flat cozy and the same as described on the app's listing. Amazing location, giving to do all the activities in the city by foot. Bruna was super solicitous and helpful when replying to messages and passing on information. I recommend with closed eyes. Hope to return soon !!

I was in love with the apartment. Well-equipped and beautiful view! I loved the decor of the environment and it's next to a mini mall that has a restaurant, chocoberry and everything. I loved it!

Otimo local, very close to the city, amazing deck and pool note 10! I recommend it too, the only detail would be to request a cleaning of the vesper estate of the stay because when we arrived it had a bit of a morpho smell on the last floor and bats...plus I am 100% satisfied.

Great space, great host Wonderful kitchen, very equipped, did not miss absolutely anything!!! Clean rooms, hot water showers, flawless jacuzzi. Great location in the center and a very affordable price for the quantity of rooms!!! Absolutely nothing to complain about, 5 stars for sure!!! I plan to come back!!!

The condominium is quiet and the apartment very cozy. Next door there are dining options and the Vogel cafe, which values even more. The only thing that could get better is the diversity of cooking utensils, as we cook a lot, we miss more pots and pans, a cheese grater etc.

Very nice experience. Rosana's apartment is just cozy. Everything clean, super-equipped kitchen, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. She even left us an Easter treat, which was very kind of her. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. The parking space in front of the condominium is great. Mr. Olavo, who takes care of the condominium, is very helpful, welcomed us very well, always available to help. I'll be back.
