We had a wonderful time at Greg’s place. It is off the beaten path which is perfect for our families pace. Greg was very responsive and patience with us and even sent us instructional links. We would definitely stay there again. It’s within walking distance of amazing beaches and the lighthouse. Try the Rocamar’s food just down the road while you’re there!

The home is architecturally stunning 🤩 It has everything you need to have an awesome Lakeside getaway. From kayaking, to fishing, to a fire pit and stunning views. I would definitely stay here again with family!

El departamento de Víctor es muy bonito! El entorno es muy tranquilo y seguro. Al llegar, fue fácil el ingreso, estaba fresco, limpio y ordenado! Realmente se sintió como estar en casa! Sin dudas volvería al departamento de Víctor! Muchas gracias!!

Joy was amazing. She gave us magazines for the beach after we couldn’t find any in town, and aloe when we got too much sun. The place was clean, comfortable, and the views amazing. It was cool being able to swim right out front of the place (be careful about sea urchins though). Would highly recommend this place. Just a quick drive to Rincon

This beautiful mansion/home is even more beautiful in person, the pictures doesn't compare. We were a family of 6 and there was more than enough space for us to have personal and family time. The 3 FULL bathrooms was a PLUS, Also ALL 4 BEDROOMS HAVE AC! Unfortunately, we had a black out during our stay in puerto rico but THANKFULLY our Host has Solar panels Installed in the airbnb Home rental so we always had power running,Thank God. The host is definitely a SUPERHOST. They fully supplied essentials that you might have forgotten at home. The host also knew that we were spending christmas and new years in their home so they put up a beautifully decorated christmas tree for us, how sweet! All the best beaches and hang out spots/restaurants are about 5-8mins away, perfect location. This home will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the best family vacation ever. Tremendo lugar para quedarse con la familia. Muy limpio y grande. La cocina está equipada con todo. Los cuartos y baños son cómodos. Hay aire en la casa y cuartos. Hay un grill de gas, lavadora y secadora, equipo para snorkeling, salvavidas, juguetes, hamaca, mesas, sillas, kayaks y paddleboards. La playa está literalmente al salir del portón trasero de la casa. Hay un area con arena y agua bien clarita y llana para bañarse en el mar. También se puede ir a Isla Ratones en kayak o paddleboard en unos 15 minutos. No es una playa privada y los locales tienden a venir al área de la casa a tirarse del muelle. Lucas, el manager, está siempre atento y disponible (el vive en los altos de la casa). Hay muchos restaurantes a walking distance (Mi Patria está rico) y un supermercado Selectos bien cerca también. Fue una experiencia increíble y se lo recomiendo a todos!

We loved our stay here! The view and experience from the balcony are breathtaking - cooking and lounging on the hammocks out there was so peaceful and amazing. It was so amazing falling asleep to the sounds of nature. Warm and sunny during the day, nice and cool in the mornings and at night. We had no problems with bugs/mosquitoes/wildlife despite how immersed in nature the home is, maybe because of the altitude and cooler mountain weather. Grisel and Pancho were incredibly kind, our Puerto Rican grandparents :) we will be happy to come stay here again! Much love to you two!

Frankly, Adam and this home were heaven-sent for our group. Our group had a significant change of plans and Adam went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure everyone had the best possible experience in Puerto Rico. He tirelessly helped me navigate the nuance of communicating with local vendors and put forth significant energy to find the perfect itinerary for our group. After learning that we were a group of freshwater scientists, he connected us with experiences that would hold special significance for us. More than that, he thought of all obstacles we might face and proactively offered solutions. Undeniably, the home we stayed in was lovely beyond imagination with incredible views and amenities to make everyone comfortable, but Adam and his team are what made our stay truly special. It is so lucky to find a place whose caretakers clearly love it so and will do whatever they can to share its magic with others. Highly recommend working with Adam for the perfect vacation!

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.

We need a vacation so bad after working long hours in Boston, MA with a severe cold weather . These place was heaven on earth everything was perfect, super clean and the hot water was perfect .

If you want to stay surrounded by nature , woke up with the sound of the ocean and birds ? This is your place Great to walk around go to the faro and playa sucia , there is a supermarket close by local stores. Talk to the locals, for restaurant , bars and stores. Host never mention this is a double apartment this is the largest apartment in the development. If you travel with kids You can still have some adult time in your own room ( lol ). I have soooo much to said about this place. But I think you should see it for yourself self. O host never mention this is in a natural reserve!!! This mean you are with nature. Only thing mosquitoes be sure to take repellent and weekends you may have to deal with tourist going to see the faro playita and the cliffs. But this have a gated parking and you open it with a remote control. Fancy I’m telling you. Love the place love the people love the food and love Puerto Rico. Asta la próxima !!!!!

Second time staying here. Dorkas continues to be a great host. Lost power overnight but the building generator kicked on. Water was affected but Dorkas acted quickly to resolve the issue and communicated all the way through. I highly recommend. I even recommended to my sisters that will be visiting soon.

WOW—this was the most magical Airbnb stay of our lives! From the moment we arrived, Gabriella went above and beyond—greeting us with a hot meal, cake, and a fully stocked fridge. The villa? STUNNING. Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated—with a private plunge pool, spa-like soaking tub, 2 luxe bathrooms, robes, a full kitchen, and more. It felt like a private resort inside a peaceful, gated paradise. The infinity pool and private beach access were straight out of a movie. Gabriella’s recommendations (The English Rose! Steps Beach!) made our trip unforgettable. We even got engaged here—that’s how special this place is. Every single detail was thoughtful and perfect. Safe, quiet, close to restaurants and shops—it’s everything you could ever want. We were heartbroken to leave and can’t wait to return. If you’re lucky enough to find availability—BOOK IT.

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

This place is spectacular! Beautiful house and neighborhood , very peaceful. You have everything you need and then some.
