The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. In addition, in the few questions we had, we were promptly answered by the hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we spent.

Highly recommended! This was our second time staying at Laurent’s place with a group of students. It’s a spacious and tastefully furnished old villa located in Santa Teresa, one of Rio’s most charming historic neighborhoods. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again next year!

Simply wonderful! The stay was amazing from start to finish. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, impeccable in every detail, super well decorated, organized and with visible care in every corner. Extremely comfortable, with a delicious bed, cozy environments and everything very clean and well maintained. It was an experience above expectations! You can see the affection and care of those who prepared the space. Undoubtedly, one of those stays that we don't forget. I recommend with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard. I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the bottom is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the directions to get there need to be more detailed with landmarks.

Everything is very tasteful, with admirable attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. The kitchen is complete. Contact with nature is simply wonderful, right in the middle of the Atlantic forest. The atmosphere there is one of peace and contemplation. Isabel and Mariana were very attentive from the first contact. In addition, we had the sensational support of Adilson, which contributed a lot to making our experience really special. It is important to follow the directions that are given to get to the property. There were people in the family who did not follow and ended up having a hard time on an isolated path through the countryside. I would like to thank the hosts for welcoming us so well to their property. We highly recommend this place!

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FANTASTIC. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've stayed in other houses, but the big difference here is precisely Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just so you understand, cake, jujuba to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. I cried a lot. You deserve the world of happiness Arthur! Thank you very much for absolutely everything. And we already know the wonderful news. What is already perfect will be unforgettable. See you next month!!

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

What an amazing weekend at Vista do Recanto Itaipava, a super clean, organized, very cozy place. Roberta welcomed us in the best way, always proactive, made all the difference. Unique place, my wife and I love this place. The saddest moment is the time to leave, lol. Just thank you, very top.

The house is excellent, we were 5 couples with small children, outdoor area with great visualization of the children playing everywhere they were. With ctz we will return!

Our experience at Alexandre and Michelle's house was wonderful! From the beginning, their communication was quick, attentive and very welcoming. The hospitality was amazing, we felt at home from the first moment. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, with a great quality finish and excellent energy in all environments. Every corner of the house is well cared for and decorated in very good taste. The location is great, close to everything we needed. A special highlight goes to the orchard, which is simply charming! Being able to pick fresh fruit and stroll around made the stay even more special. I highly recommend and we will definitely return

We spent the Easter holiday, it was 4 wonderful days. The house is exactly as the photos, beautiful, comfortable, everything new and working perfectly. The outside is awesome, super well-kept garden, the river that passes through the property has a natural pool and even a waterfall. Communication with Vie was great, she answered my questions promptly. During the holiday, we had the help of the employee Vânia, who was super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend the stay, a unique experience.

Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was.
