Country house with extensive green areas, fruit trees, and gardens. It is located next to the Guaymincay River, which allows you to fully enjoy nature and tranquility just two kilometers from Gualaceo's central park. The house has four bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, living room, outdoor corridors and two full bathrooms. Next to the house we have a large barbecue area with a dining room (for gatherings). Soccer fields, volleyball and space for a bonfire on the shore.

A dining area features a glass table surrounded by four chairs, all positioned near large windows that provide views of the surrounding greenery and hills. A potted plant adds a touch of nature to the interior space, enhancing the overall atmosphere.

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.

The stay was very pleasant, not only because of the cleanliness of the place, the quiet area and the amenities that the villa had, the best thing was the friendly service that was received from the host and co-host.

We enjoyed a family weekend in this beautiful hacienda, Hacienda San Juanpamba in Paute, Ecuador is pure magic. Nestled in the green hills, it’s peaceful, charming, and full of history. From the beautiful gardens to the cozy fireplaces, every corner feels like home. The owners Maria Ines and her husband were very friendly people. Victor who takes care of the hacienda was super helpful and accommodating. We had a great family weekend.

A modern bathroom features a circular mirror with a built-in light above a minimalist sink. A glass walk-in shower is visible, with sleek tiles and a neutral color palette. Towels and toiletries are neatly arranged on a wooden vanity.

Double apartment with terrace facing the river

Spectacular; a rushing river lulls you, and an inviting park extends along the shores. Big trees, green grass and flowering bushes. A bike path runs along the narrow stone-paved lane, popular with local bicycle folk, joggers and dog walkers. Beyond the river is city view and the green mountains. Taxis come along often. If not, it's about 100 yards to a busy street. Restaurants are outside the building, and many more very good restaurants, art galleries and artisan handcraft stores within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and quite comfortable, with each room opening to the wide balcony over the river. The kitchen is well equipped. Likewise the bathrooms. Good linens with plenty of towels and variety of pillows, and comfortable beds. I give it top recommendation. The host writes good detailed English. We love Cuenca; clean, friendly, old architecture and churches beautifully kept, and safe streets. We felt a lot of civic pride, and strangers say hello.
