Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

The spot is ideal, the apartment is great, super clean, kitchen is great, good quality bedding. WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning... water tank in case of local power outage... and parking in front of the apartment, private beach -100 m from the apartment. Greengrocers, supermarkets, stadium, restaurants, beaches, and the Ilet du Gosier accessible by swimming or with shuttles... everything is accessible. Everything was perfect, even the concierge is available and responsive to needs... I would recommend it without reservation. Thank you Jerome for your attention

Excellent stay! The check-in instructions were very detailed, making the check-in quick and easy. Listing was clean and as described. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of homemade planter prepared by Michel, a delicate touch that immediately put us in the mood. As a bonus, Michel was flexible about the check-out time, which allowed us to fully enjoy our last day. A address we recommend without hesitating!

Bright, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of 4. Well located in the center of Guadeloupe. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall within walking distance. We loved the beautiful large terrace! We would highly recommend it!

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

Ideally located accommodation and is as described with a large, very nice terrace from which you can see Les Saintes. We had a great time at Sébastien and his family's place. He is a very welcoming, warm and communicative host who gave us good advice. We will not forget the excellent fruits of the garden that he was kind enough to offer us and the charming companions Nougat the dog and the cat who kept us company during our evenings on the terrace but always with discretion. We would definitely recommend it.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We highly recommend Dominique's accommodation. Ideally located for walking to the most beautiful beach on the island. The house is clean with all the necessary equipment. Dominique is a very pleasant and responsive host. We will come back without hesitation.

Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Loved our stay at this place. When we arrived we received a welcome drink with Chloé. We were able to exchange and discuss our trip with her, it was a great time. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and well-decorated. We tried the breakfast (brunch + classic breakfast) and it was super good! We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. We would totally recommend this listing.

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool is huge and great for a little relaxing swim. Beautiful “exclusive” beach with good snorkeling. Restaurant on site very good. On the whole, the resort looks a little dated but the apartment is perfectly renovated. Joel was great with rapid responses when we had issues. Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems.
