The location is unbeatable, 100 meters from the main road connecting with downtown Zacatecas, exit to Aguascalientes 100 meters away. Soriana, Aurrerá, and all kinds of businesses (clothing, food, shoe stores, hardware store, Oxxo, furniture store, etc.) are 3 to 5 minutes away. The downtown area where it is located is very quiet, little vehicular traffic and much less pedestrian traffic.
