This Pasadera home has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms with a loft which has a fold out couch. The downstairs couch will sleep 2 more if needed so 9 people will fit. It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.

Cosy & Close to Everything.

I stayed with Gina for 10 days and it was the perfect location, price and the atmosphere was warm, clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is easy to walk through and well maintained and beautiful. There’s plenty of shopping and eateries nearby if you wanna walk or drive. Gina offered a hike (as I was asking about trails nearby) and said the Bob Jones Pathway (roughly 20 min away) was one of her fav’s. It was a great suggestion and I’ll def be visiting that walk/trail on future trips. I plan on coming back to the area for future visits and I’ll definitely be looking to stay with Gina and her sweet dog Jax again. Thanks Gina for being such a gracious and sweet hostess! Scott&Rae place beautiful!! So accommodating for Our family. Communicated with Scott & Rae even tho place would be considered more of an adult place to stay they left out goodies for My Grandsons toys ,bubble machine, extra linens, air bed they were so accommodating even left a baby gate for the stair case. They were so thoughtful of of us for our stay there. Truly truly enjoyed staying in their beautiful home. Loved the The whole atmosphere and experience definitely want to come back and stay again next Vac.

Beautiful guest house attached to the main house. The bed was very comfy, the towels were super soft and everything was beautifully decorated, down to the cups and plates. Enjoyed the farm feel and feeding the goats with my coffee in the morning. Morning dip in the jacuzzi was excellent as well as the great hospitality. Loved the extra touches like the farm fresh eggs and water and goat soap. Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, comfortable and aesthetic home for our family stay as we visited family in Santa Maria. Had so many wonderful accommodations and thoughtful appliances in the kitchen that made our stay with a small baby stress free not having to leave for every meal. The host was even thoughtful to leave aside a prepped changing pad and a packable crib with the knowledge that we were traveling with a baby. We will definitely save the home for future visits in the area. Thank you 🙏🏼
