We had some amazing family rest days!!. Ricardo's house is a very quiet place in the middle of a small town, where time passes slowly., being a perfect place to rest and unwind a little. The house is very nice and with beautiful views and everything worked perfectly...a really very pleasant space. We took the fireplace, enjoyed board games, cooked...we had the perfect place to enjoy a few days with the family. The recommendations that Ricardo gave us, were very suitable, since the location of the house allows places of great historical interest to be visited, as well as beautiful landscapes and excellent restaurants.

An apartment of 10! In the center, close to everything, spacious and bright. Charming, just like the owners, super attentive. We'd do it again for sure!

We spent a few friends over the weekend in this amazing house. It is a home, modern and cozy, we felt right at home, we recommend it 100%. Clean, tidy, comfortable... If you have to put a "but", I would say that the pillows should be improved, they are very soft and the house at night was a little cold, the temperature is always at 22°, but it was a little cold in the common areas, at night most slept with some blanket above. Regardless of this, everything was amazing.

We have been a group of friends this weekend and we have had a great time, it has a very comfortable porch and an iron for cooking outside and the plot was very comfortable. Everything was great, they were super friendly and flexible and made recommendations. The house is very well prepared! They even had beer glasses in the freezer!! A great place! Thank you!!

We were very comfortable, the house was in perfect condition and perfectly equipped, with details that make the stay very pleasant. The area is beautiful and the access is easy and convenient. Spectacular! The house is renovated and designed with great taste, perfectly mixes the style of a village house with modernity and comfort. It is a magnificent house to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Madrid. In addition, Maria was attentive all the time, making us feel right at home. I'll be back!!!

We spent a weekend as a group and the experience was very good. It is a very spacious and comfortable house, and due to its large size, the privacy of all guests is respected. Its immense viewpoint of Sepúlveda and its large plot with garden and bbq make it worth the stay. Alejandro was very attentive and was available at all times to answer our questions. We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

Very well equipped house, everything is very clean and just like the description of the house. Each room with a bath is great. The Jacuzzi is also great. Very nice area to walk and take routes. Owners very helpful at all times

We've been staying at this listing for a month with three adults and a baby. The photos they show are completely true, the pool is a wonder, the views are great, the house is just outside the village and you have absolute privacy on the estate. Antonio and the people in charge of the house have been aware of us at all times, there is a person who does the maintenance of the pool daily in the morning and it is a pleasure to lift and that is ready, in addition he is a charming man. The house has everything you need. Absolutely everything, the kitchen is fully stocked and it's wonderful to have dinner outside. We have been successful in choosing this place for the month of July and after seeing it we are sure it will only be the first time. Recommended :)

Pilar's house is perfect for a family stay We took advantage of all the possibilities of the house and garden where we had all our meals and spent a lot of time. the house is well located and allows a lot of walks and discoveries. My family and I had a lovely stay Pilar was always available when we had questions about the house

Ivan and Isabel and their children are wonderful hosts. They have been attentive to us on an ongoing basis and our welcome in the house was exceptional. Very punctual, they had the huge detail to leave us a lot of cold drinks, multiple fruits and even ice cream for the little ones. They offered tips on what to do in the area and what to visit. In addition to giving us all kinds of facilities in the house, communication with Iván was perfect. Friendly and very, very friendly. The house was tidy, clean, and has everything you need and more. But the most incredible thing about this house is the atmosphere that you breathe in it. It conveys peace and serenity, probably, for the beautiful moments that different generations have lived in it. We have relaxed a lot, enjoying all the stays; especially the garden with its wonderful views and sunsets, the pool and the great living room. I'm sure we'll be back. It was a perfect relaxing week.

We've been very comfortable. Plenty of space and very nice. We were only able to enjoy the house a little because we were sightseeing all the time, but we were very comfortable. Rosario was charming, she made everything easy for us

Great stay in this house. The hosts have made it easy at all times and even allowed us to enter an hour early since the accommodation was available. A speaker broke and they made arrangements to leave us another, which is also greatly appreciated. The house and the property is a 10, we had a great time. To repeat in the future, no doubt.
