Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

In summer close to the beach and in winter close to the ski slope. This idyllic wooden house is located between the small villages of Köla and Bålstad, located on the river Kölaälven. The lakes Hugn (sandy beach) and Ränken are 200 meters away.
