Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage electricity and a shower, but is located by a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have preserved their old charm. Open fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located in connection to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forest and green areas. A smaller river to fish in is a couple of hundred meters. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to simpler outdoor gym, wood sauna, two nice bikes to borrow.

The guest area passes just outside the residence and just 3 km away flows beautiful Dalälven, another 2 km away is Sandsnäsbadet with nice sand beach. 13 km to Gysinge with its rapids and Färnebofjärden National Park.

Lovely, well planned apartment of 25 square meters in detached house in the yard. It has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as sleeping alcove with 1st Queen-Size double bed (160cm). Private patio where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Free parking in the driveway By car: 15min to Gränbystaden 15min to central Uppsala 7 minutes to Storvreta, here is Ica Supermarket and commuter train station for smooth train commuting to Both Uppsala, Stockholm and Gävle

Simple overnight stay in scenic surroundings - close to the E4an

Are you heading north or south in the land and needs a place to stay overnight? Just 10 minutes away from the E4 you will find this peaceful place in nature, at our retreat center. In our large hall, we rent out two simple rooms with place for a total of five people. An outdoor toilet is located 10 meters from the rooms. Bathroom with shower is available during the summer, from mid-May to September. Kitchen is not available. If you wish breakfast or dinner we can arrange it. No smokers please. Most welcome to us!

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.
