It has its own lockable entrance and is only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to the centre of town - 10 minute drive to wineries and the Omaka Aviation Centre. An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
