Monthly Rentals in Groton

The Westford Gusethouse was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay in MA. It is close to major roads, so it is very easy to get around from Boston to Nashua. The house itself is well appointed, and the host was there at check in to show us around. The pond and the view is beautiful and it was a very relaxing stay.

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

Our group has such a wonderful time staying here. Grace’s place is very clean - the kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, and granola bars. There is a washer/dryer with laundry detergent that also came in handy. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here - we felt right at home!

Great location in the Town of Groton for accessing nice walks, excellent restaurants, and scenic beauty. We would definitely stay here again!
