Our studio apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout. Original post & beams add a rustic touch, perfectly complementing the contemporary decor and modern amenities. Guests can relax in the living space with a game or movie. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The studio uses a pump system for plumbing, which does make some noise but functions very well. The charming outdoor patio faces a historic barn built in the 1800s, providing a picturesque view.

1,100 square feet, completely renovated, 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet. Large bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air. Apartment is connected to a main house but with no interior access between house and apartment whatsoever. (No interior connecting doors at all) It has its own private driveway and side yard. Reef tank will no longer be in the apartment after May 20th.

Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, BBQ, table & chairs you may use.
