Converted and newly renovated smithy in limestone located by the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farm building where you have two own secluded patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in the extension with separate entrance.

Rural idyll

Farm grand piano with lamb and meat animals (cows with calf). The farm is coastal, in the middle of lush meadows and pastures with about 1.5 - 2 km walking distance to the sea. The accommodation is perfect for families with children and also great for birdwatchers as the farm is close to some of Gotland's best bird spaces. The guest is responsible for linens and towels. The guest cleans up and leaves in the same condition as it arrived. Bicycles are available in the yard to borrow. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2022.

Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarns long beaches, shops and restaurant life. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Shower with floor heating, hot water for 2p (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. The stove in the picture must not be used.

Limestone wing among roses and jasmin

The "Annex" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the large chestnut with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

A nice cottage in Vamlingbo near Hoburgen, Gotland's southern headland. The cabin has a spacious wooden deck with room for dining and coffee out south. Great opportunities for walks and bike tours on Sudret. Nearest swimming area at Kättelviken about 2.4 km along beautiful coastal road towards Hoburgen. Child-friendly sandy beach in Austre near Holmhällar rauk area about 8 min by car. To Burgsvik with shops, gas station and other service it takes about 10 minutes by car.

Nature forward Gotlandic farmhouse "Hönshuset"

Old Gotlandic farmhouse in southern Gotland dating back to the 13th century. Three of the farm buildings have been restored for accommodation and "Grishuset", the old pig-house, is one of them. The environment is family friendly and is in close proximity with the sea and nature. NOTE. Bedsheets, bedlinen and towels are not included so bring your own if possible. You as a guest clean after yourself and leave the house in the same condition it was in when you arrived.

Grandma's Brygghus Unique Home in Historic Building

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
