The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The apartment is exclusively available to the respective guests and has a separate entrance. Großkrotzenburg has good transport connections and is located on the edge of a very nice recreational area at the foot of the Spessart. Among other things, it is ideally suited for cycling and hiking tours.

There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.

Also we do not accept different guests to take over while the apartment is rented from 1 set of guest.

The apartment is located in the center of Seligenstadt on the 2nd floor. Market square, monastery, Freihof and Main can be reached on foot in one minute. The train station is about 5 minutes by foot to the swimming pool in about 8 minutes. The apartment was completely newly created in 2016. The furnishings are new.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
