In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Our lovingly modernly furnished and designed tiny house is located in the idyllic Berumbur, in the middle of the Samtgemeinde Hage in the district of Aurich. Here you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere of East Frisia, fresh air in the state-recognized health resort of Hage and an environment that invites both relaxation and activities. It is the ideal retreat for couples, solo travelers or small families who value coziness, closeness to nature and minimalism.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the back of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
