Welcome to our lovingly and tastefully furnished, quiet basement apartment (approx. 60 m²). Health food store, supermarkets and bus stop are within walking distance. The apartment was recently renovated. The kitchen, floor, heaters, washing machine and mattresses/bed are new. The open plan living/dining area can be separated from the sleeping area with a continuous white curtain. The apartment may not be suitable for very tall people, as the ceiling is lower than normal.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
