The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a quiet location. It is available as a whole. The marina, sports field and swimming spot are very close. The playground for children and a volleyball court can be found at the swimming spot, sports equipment near the Prieperter Marina. With two kayaks you can go on paddling tours. Germany's most beautiful paddle stream, the "Schwanenhavel" is waiting for you. In case of "less" weather, the visit to our church and the home office are highly recommended.

The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view.
