The apartment is located in an old industrial tower on three floors overlooking all floors of Lake Zernsee. The rooms are connected to a spiral staircase. The living room on the middle floor (where the sleeping couch is located) and the bedroom (double bed) upstairs are openly connected. There is a south-facing balcony from the living room on the middle floor. The bedroom is close to the sky in the top of the tower. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible.
