Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Schönes kleines Haus über zwei Etagen in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Gegend. Sie haben das ganze Haus für sich allein. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche mit einem angeschlossenen Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss. Oben ist das Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV, sowie das Bad. Ebenso gibt es WLAN und eine Waschmaschine. Auf der Straße können Sie direkt vorm Haus kostenlos parken. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch. Wir freuen uns auf Sie! :-)

Entire apartment in Teltow near Berlin

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the musicians' quarter in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 square meters, very bright and friendly. Parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport links to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, and there are several shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Please read the house rules

Das Auto kann kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Die Gastgeber wohnen im vorderen Einfamilienhaus, so dass der persönliche Kontakt gesichert ist.

The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

Small but mighty - studio sleep four - one room plus a bathroom (shower, wasching-machine) and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (2-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine with a small supply of compostable capsules and Aeroccino milk frother as well as 1 litre of cow's milk and 1 litre of oat milk). You are welcome to use our garden with seating and barbecue area.

The house entrance is in the back of the house from the yard. The surrounding area invites you to bike rides. Berlin is also easily accessible by bike.
