Welcome to our little vacation home! With about 18 square meters, it can accommodate 1-2 people. We live in Sanz Hof III – a village with about 25 inhabitants, located in the middle of the fields. It is very quiet here and there is little car traffic. So this place is ideal for a getaway, writing or artistic work. Greifswald is 20 km away, the Baltic Sea beach in Lubmin is 25 km away. We appreciate guests who appreciate the tranquility and nature!

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
