From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. A stone's throw away, you will find yourself in nature reserves with the most beautiful hiking and biking routes. Those who prefer to discover the markets, shops and terraces of Winterswijk and surrounding villages are also in the right place. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car(s) at the house. We don't offer breakfast service. Come stay!

Welcome to our tiny house that is furnished for 4 people. The tiny house is located in a farming village with lots of nature, forest, heathland and IJssel in the area. Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences. Extra booking: Hot tub € 40.00 wood-fired / Sauna € 25.00 / Breakfast € 17.50 p.p.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Our newly built apartments were completed in 2024 and offer modern comfort on about 45 m². Each apartment has a cozy bedroom, an inviting living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and lovingly designed furnishings. Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away.
