We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm – you felt welcome from the very first moment. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with a lot of love. Our little son also felt completely comfortable, which is particularly important to us as a family. We really enjoyed the time and will definitely return. See you soon! Beautiful apartment and very lovely hosts. Surrounding location was amazing with great access to the wider city.

This was my second time staying on Wouters appartment and it was every bit as wondeful as our last stay. Wouter is a fantastic host and incredibly attentive with excellent communicaiton. I can't wait to bring more friends and family in the future and show them what a beautiful place it is.

My thanks to Wilma and family for their friendliness and being so helpful. I have had a most wonderful time. Will miss the farm and the animals. I wish them huge success with their dairy farm. We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

Pleasant stay in a compact but neat apartment that is equipped with all basic comforts. Also very nice that dogs are welcome in this accommodation, while you do not notice anything from previous furry guests so the cleaning is perfect! In addition, we noticed a very nice, welcoming and fast communication with Mr. Patel via the app about, among other things, the check-in and check-out instructions.

Very nice stay with a very nice host

4 days in a little cocoon, the accommodation is very pleasant to stay in and has rooms with large spaces. Ideally located, we did our first day on foot and the next by bike, taking the free ferry to reach the city center. The little extras of the accommodation: underground parking, bike garage, rooftop pool (€7.5 per person). Fleur and Jordy were very nice, with good recommendations! Looking forward to returning 😁

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks so much

We Gad a wonderful Time aboard Laura and John’s boat. Beautiful and calm neighborhood, yet easily and quickly accessible by bike from Amsterdam city center. Would highly recommend !
