It is located at a calm and sunny spot in La Punt and is a perfect nest for all kind of outdoor activities. As a part of the La Mora 4 star residence you can use a shared sauna, a games and billiard room and a reception desk. It is easily accessible either by public transport or car. Hotel standard bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Perfectly located apartment between Gotschnabahn and Madrisa. 1 min walking distance to the bus in both directions. The bus stops every 15min. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and fireplace. 3 balconys with a stunning view over the valley and the mountains. 2 entrances in the apartment, one with the elevator right up in to the apartment and one from the staircase.

In pochi minuti si raggiungono negozi, ristoranti, caffe, fermata del bus e l'autostrada Bellinzona Sud. E' disponibile solo 1 parcheggio scoperto.

Die Dachwohnung mit schönem Gartenblick und wunderbarer Weitsicht auf die Berge Piz Clünas und Muot da l’Hom, befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit angebautem Schafstall. Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.

Loft for up to 4 guests situated in a former chocolate Factory in Blenio Valley, a little paradise for outdoor activities: walking, skiing, Cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, river bathing, exploring... holidays! A very modern design distinguishes both the architecture and the furnishing of the apartment. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons; a cot can be added. The visitor's tax Fr. 3.25 per person + day has to be paid additionally in cash at the landlord.

As part of the 4 star residence La Mora it offers amenities such as a reception desk, a sauna and a games room and it is easy accessible either by public transport or car.
