Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Chalet Balu

Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.

Idyllisch gelegenes Haus im schönen Muotathal

Wir vermieten heimeliges Haus mit grosser Terrasse im urchigen Muotathal. Ganze Infrastruktur steht zur Verfügung. Sehr familienfreundlich (kein Verkehr) in der Landwirtschaftszone gelegen, trotzdem in fünf Minuten Dorfkern mit Einkaufmöglichkeiten und ÖV erreichbar. Ideal für Familien und Sportbegeisterte, im Winter Skitouren, Schlittenfahrt mit Huskys und Skifahren im nahe gelegenen Skigebiet Stoos. Langlauf- und Schneeschuh Loipe gleich beim Haus. Im Sommer ein Wanderparadies.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

"Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia e amici a quattro zampe in questo alloggio tranquillo. Casa Angelica si trova al pianoterra con entrata indipendente e giardino privato recintato. Dispone di una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, tv, una camera con divano letto alla francese e camino, tv. Un bagno privato con la vasca da bagno e una cucina con dei servizi essenziali per cucinare e consumare i pasti. All’aperto ci sono lettini prendisole, zona pranzo e area barbecue .

Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
