The eco-friendly property was built in 2015. It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden. The house has been decorated and equipped to a high standard and is an ideal property to explore the Swiss Riviera.

The most beautiful unhindered view of the lake from almost every window, the beach a 5 min walk, mountain hikes from the house, a stream of clear mountain water running in the yard, and all the comfort you can imagine. This is our magical hideaway, we come often so our personal belongings remain in the house.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

You can easily reach the lakefront (3.5 km) on foot or by bike by taking the bike paths along the Rhône. The villa is the perfect base for hiking, discovering the unmissable Lake Taney or going to the top of Grammont. Numerous ski slopes are within a 30-minute drive.
