Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout ce dont on avait besoin. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist schick, das Bett bequem, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und das Bad super! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein weiteres Higlight ist der schöne Balkon mit duftenden Orangensträuchern. Der Check-In erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox, sodass man zeitlich unabhängig ist. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Dorf war für uns perfekt. Nach wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum mit mehreren schönen Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay. Elsa was responsive. Arthur’s father was adorable and checked in on us to make sure all clean. We were attending a 5 day wedding at the Beavallon so it was close and convenient. Few tips. 1) If you’re driving from Saint Maxime’s side, don’t follow google maps up the narrow streets. It’s better to stay on the Rte de Littoral and turn at the roundabout next to the Plage de Guerreville. You will pass Just’in Cafe on the right before the roundabout - a much easier straight shot up the Chem de Guerreville until you hit the street the unit is on. Walking it’s all uphill even though not far probably 1/2 mile maybe but easy coming down it towards the Beavallon. If you’re driving from St Tropez, ok use google maps 2) amenities as listed 3) if you’re staying several days w adult women, bring toilet paper. There were only 2 rolls. We asked where they keep it and host responded they don’t. No biggie just a hassle. Easy to prep if know ahead of time. Enjoy!

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr sauber und klare Anweisungen für den Check-In und Check-Out. Die Aussicht war das Highlight. Kostensloser Parkplatz nahe an der Unterkunft. Badezimmer und Toilette klein, aber für 2 Personen für wenige Tage in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar noch besser! Alles war extrem gut ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Die Lage ist perfekt: ein ruhiger, entspannter Rückzugsort und gleichzeitig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen oder Ausflüge an den Strand sowie in die umliegenden Städte entlang der Côte d’Azur. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in dieser wunderschönen Region war es immer wieder eine Freude, „nach Hause“ zu kommen und den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Die Gastgeber*innen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder – ein echter Geheimtipp für einen gelungenen Urlaub in Südfrankreich! Vielen Dank Ugo!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Man kann ohne Probleme zum Strand und nach Port Grimaud laufen. Auch der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Allerdings für kleine Kinder weniger gut geeignet, da der Kunstrasen sehr heiß wird. Der Kontakt zu Rodolphe und seinem Team verlief reibungslos. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen und würden gerne jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Die Unterkunft ist mega direkt am Wasser und für uns zum Besuch des Harley Festivals strategisch sehr gut gelegen. Wir waren vollends zufrieden. 🤩🤩🤩

merveilleux sejour dans cet appartement idéalement situé directement sur la plage, on se sent comme dans un bateau, la nuit bercé par le bruit des vagues, tout les éléments sont présents pour passer un beau moment en famille. le logement est tres fonctionnel, c etait parfait. merci beaucoup.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

A delightful summer house! The location is not in the center of Saint-Tropez—just a 10-minute drive—so it's both close and peacefully away from the noise. The house was very clean and the balcony is very charming. Thank you very much!

Excellent séjour . L’appartement est magnifique, spacieux, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Il est également bien situé car l’accès aux commerces et aux restaurants se fait à pieds. De plus,Peggy est très agréable et réactive. Nous recommandons cette destination et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
