New house in the middle of the zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + WC room and laundry room. Several patios. High standard with large open kitchen and difficult airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a children's room, but have pull-out double beds Absolutely unique location at the heart of the cul-de-sac close to the sea. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padelbane. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien just outside the door.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is rich and charming. It is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

New log house with stunning sea views

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, bed 140 cm, a guest bed and TV. Eneboligen is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views you can enjoy beautiful sunrises summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer, the house has a large terrace, as well as a garden. The area is very children friendly with playground just below the house Hiking area just outside the door. Parkeing on farm.

Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.
