New house in the middle between the Zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + toilet and laundry room. Several outdoor spaces. High standard with large open kitchen and large airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are decorated as children's rooms, but have pull-out double beds Completely unique location at the end of a cul-de-sac near the lake. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padel court. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien right outside the door.

Cozy and newly renovated Sørland house in a central and peaceful area, 5 minutes walk to Kristiansand's main street. Large terrace, 2 gardens, barbecue and dining area. Living room with pine floors, heating cables, wood stove, lots of plants, sofa hook, dining table, large double bed and sofa bed. TV and music system connected to Wi-Fi and Chromecast. The kitchen has all the amenities. New toilet with heating cables, massage shower and washing machine. 150 meters to grocery store. The cats Nani and Pele are brothers and love to cuddle.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It includes a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed. It takes 17 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 5 minutes to the city center. We are so fortunate to have great hiking trails and nice swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. The house is cozy, according to people who have visited. You are welcome to book.

There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.
