Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

Some of the best parts about vacations are the memories. Our extended stay of two weeks at Isabelle’s home brings us memories of quiet nights, relaxing mornings and a home-away-from-home. We enjoyed the fully fitted kitchen after shopping at the Farmers Market in town. Our day trips into Paris were eventful, but we were always happy to get back to Croissy for the evening. Isabelle has been able to incorporate a sensible and sophisticated design in her flat. An attentive host that reached out to us during our stay to make sure our experience would measure up to her expectations as a premier owner. We departed Croissy as happy travelers with fond remembrances.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Logement loué dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Victoria et André sont des hôtes très accueillants, toujours joignables, et très agréables. Le logement est impeccable, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Tout les conditions sont réunies pour passez un agréable séjour. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Sylvain et Aline. Hôtes plus que réactifs, gentils et flexibles. L’appartement est très propre et charmant. Le quartier est calme et facile d’accès avec une gare à deux minutes de marche. Nous recommandons vivement ces hôtes et ce logement.

La maison est decorée avec goût et tres bien équipée pour les 9 personnes que nous étions. Le jardin est grand et clos de murs. La maison est tres bien située pour les balades en forêt, le chateau de Fontainebleau... Justine est tres attentive à la satisfaction des locataires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement.

es un departamento muy lindo , y eficiente me cambio la perspectiva de rentar en el centro de paris , les recomiendo si no llevan automóvil las líneas del metro muy cercas , centro comercial para compras, definitivamente es el mejor departamento que he estado en varios paises no solo en francia y mylene estuvo siempre en contacto para todo excelente anfitrión definitivamente volvere

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la propreté irréprochable et la décoration chaleureuse qui donne un vrai sentiment de « chez soi ». L’emplacement est parfait et accessible dans un cadre paisible. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, et parfaitement équipée pour accueillir une famille ou un groupe d’amis. Les lits sont très confortables. La communication avec Quentin a été fluide et rapide, avec des conseils précieux pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain passage dans la ville .

We really enjoyed our stay in the property. Well decorated and maintained and easily accessible with the train station within 3 minute walk from the property. I will certainly plan another stay at the property and strongly recommend to others.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Het is heel schoon, ruim, goed vindbaar en de host is ontzettend vriendelijk! Duidelijke instructies, meedenken over het alvast neerzetten van de bagage toen we aankwamen. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis. Let wel op dat je er zeker een half uur tot 3 kwartier over doet ( met de metro) om in het centrum te komen. Daardoor is het wel echt heel rustig en dat is fijn aan het einde van de dag! Bedankt Audrey :-)

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!
