This single-story accommodation, for 4 people, 1 min walk from the "Bascule" tram stop is very bright and independent. You will be quiet in a cul-de-sac, with your own private entrance and free parking. Located in the city center, 5 min walk to local shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and 50 m from a greenway for your walks. Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Gîte des Rivières is the former shed of a farm on the banks of the Mayenne and in the middle of the fields. The old 100 m² stone shed has been completely renovated with natural materials lime, hemp, earth into a comfortable gîte, accommodating 6 to 8 people (4 bedrooms). Our cottage is listed at the Anjou Bleu tourist office and labeled Accueil Paysan.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

Stay in peace in our charming, newly renovated barn. You will appreciate its brightness and private garden. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).
