House vacation rentals in Greyton

We had a lovely weekend in Mcgregor what a beautiful house it had everything we needed and it was spacious, the pool was great to have to beat the summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need for a braai and plenty of seating areas to sit back and relax both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. High quality and well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous outside area for dining, and a little plunge pool for hot days. The town is walkable and full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful Franshhoek holiday.

Our weekend at The Black House in Robertson was truly exceptional. Tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to top wine farms, it was the perfect base for exploring the region. The warm welcome from our host, complete with a delicious homemade quiche and lemon meringue pie set the tone for a relaxing, indulgent stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and serene outdoor spaces that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home. We left refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful wine country escape.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy meals. The pool was a dream—perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the vineyards. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it a truly relaxing stay!

We absolutely loved spending a night at the pepper tree, Amanda was so welcoming and sweet. The place was incredible and felt super homey while also feeling like you’re in a hotel. Everything was clean and we especially enjoyed eating lunch and breakfast on the beautiful patio overlooking the garden. Definitely will be back to stay!

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

We had the most peaceful & refreshing stay at Manda's home. Nestled among the mountains & surrounded by nature, the home felt incredibly quaint & homely from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. The house itself was spotless, extremely comfortable & thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Every little detail made the space feel warm & welcoming. If you're looking to switch off, unwind, & breathe in some fresh mountain air, I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's a true hidden gem and a wonderful retreat into nature. Thank you Manda for your hospitality l!

We had such a fantastic stay! Elda was the sweetest host, super welcoming, communicative, and thoughtful from start to finish. She gave us a great little tour of the house when we arrived, along with a detailed list of things to do in the Robertson and Breede Valley area (and somehow remembered all six of our names!). The house was spotless and exactly like the pictures. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of Malbec, and the kitchen was well-stocked with water, milk, tea, and coffee, such a nice touch. The beds were comfy, and the whole place had everything we needed. Since it was winter, the fireplace was an absolute dream, it made the space so cosy. The area felt really safe, with security around and plenty of walking routes nearby. Honestly, the perfect winter escape. Highly recommend!

Stunning house and gardens - we felt extremely lucky to have found the house. You can stroll right into town or to La Cotte for a perfect breakfast. We were initially worried about security but the alarms have a 24hr armed response team which made us feel at ease. If you have found this place on Airbnb - book it, it is paradise.

Lovely relaxing spot, very peaceful. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Has no TV which was great. Games room with table tennis was fun for the kids! Great space, we would love to come back again. Good communication

Absolutely wonderful stay for family or friends getaway. Has everything you need and David was so helpful and friendly. Had such an awesome stay in such beautiful surroundings!

Perfect getaway! The place was absolutely stunning, you could see the thoughtfulness that went into the place, the decor and even the small details such as swimming towels, blankets on the sofa, logs by the fire place, diffusers and scents around the house, etc. Our stay was short but blissful. Definitely would stay longer a next time to enjoy the wood fire hot tub some more and the BBQ area in the back. The place is close to many wonderful restaurants and activities yet when you get home it's completely private and peaceful. Mark was an extremely responsive host and very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A very tastefully furnished beautiful home with everything you would need. Eveline is an excellent communicator and very proactive when it comes to making sure you feel looked after. I would highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again

We absolutely loved Mira’s house and garden. The sauna was also a great surprise which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Loved our girls trip weekend at David’s place. Super easy check in and clear instructions on how the house worked. Location was incredible, we walked for coffees and dinners and a short drive to surrounding wine farms and wine tram. So much to do in the area, we will be back!

Exceeded our high expectations - the perfect base for an extended stay in Hermanus. Wonderful home with absolutely all the extras that you could need. Will be back as soon as we can..
