Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grésy-sur-Aix

Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Evelyne greeted us warmly when we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The cherry on the top was the whole apartment is kitted out for babies and young children, which was so wonderful for our little granddaughter. The views are stunning, and just a short drive down to Aix-les-Bains and youre at the beautiful lake. We had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Evelyn.

Séjour très agréable, bien accueilli, Janet nous a dit " c'est comme à la maison" , et c'était le cas. Cadre magnifique au pied des montagnes. Le studio est très sympa pour une famille de 4 personnes et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Janet pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils.

Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable, il y a tout le confort et l'environnement est magnifique et calme. Hôte très réactive, je recommande et compte bien y revenir.

Très bel emplacement, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, comme l'aménagement du chalet, alors que nous y avons passé les vacances de Noël, en grande partie a l'intérieur.

à 300m de la via rhona (vélo) au calme dans les maïs .petit studio rénové avec goût. on peut mettre les vélos dans leur garage.hotes très discret. ne pas oublier d'acheter une brioche saint genix (ville à 5 km)

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

La maison de Cat est fidèle en tous points aux photos et même plus. La maison est propre et équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous . Nous avons sur place tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre confort . C’est un vrai havre de paix. Catherine et son mari sont très gentils et sont restés disponibles tout le séjour. Les échanges étaient fluides. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Catherine et nous les remercions pour tout.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte de Frédérique et Jacques. Extrêmement bien équipé, avec des petits détails très appréciables, très propre. Très bel environnement aux alentours. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié La petite corbeille d’accueil avec quelques produits locaux. Et les hôtes , très gentils et serviables !! Nous reviendrons et recommandons sans hésiter !

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

I had the most wonderful stay with Laure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish — she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect — peaceful and safe, yet just minutes away from shops, cafés, and transport links. It made getting around so convenient, whether I was exploring or just relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and full of thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. It was quiet, cozy, and had such a calming energy — I genuinely looked forward to coming back every evening. Laure is an amazing host — kind, attentive, and respectful of your space. Un grand merci à Puce pour ce petit séjour à la Villa Carlota. Le logement est parfait pour une parenthèse vacances : emplacement à 3 min du lac et de la plage, place de parking facile à trouver, extrêmement bien équipé ( j'ai rarement vu un Airbnb aussi bien équipé), propre et joliment décoré, frais malgré la chaleur, chambre séparé, grande cour extérieure permettant de manger dehors grâce à un superbe parasole, ...bref rien à redire, c'était parfait ! Encore merci pour les gentilles attentions à mon arrivée. J'espère que j'aurai l'occasion de revenir !

Alexandre’s place was great! It is located up on a hill in town, so make sure to have your walking shoes, but we loved the location. Great communication and easy to get in! The only issues we had were that the hot water for the kitchen sink didn’t always work at night and the dryer wasn’t great. It still didn’t affect our stay too much, and I’d recommend staying here for long stays.

Super séjour avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon ! L’appartement est très bien situé (facile d’accès), dans un bel environnement apaisant, offrant de belle promenades à pied. À quelques minutes du belvédère de la Chambotte, idéal pour admirer un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Parfait pour deux personnes, l’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire, avec quelques petits plus appréciables ! Un grand merci à l’hôte, qui est à l’écoute, réactif et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 % !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne !
