Perfectly located skagen house in Skagen

The house is absolutely fantastic central, just opposite Brøndum's hotel, close to the city and 300 meters to the lovely and child-friendly beach, Sønderstrand. The house is newly renovated and tastefully furnished with kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are 8 sleeping places in the house. In addition, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is access to a cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue as well as lovely sunshine. We buy electricity, which is based on sun and wind energy: -)

Nice guest house with private terrace / patio

You will be close to everything in Skagen city when you stay in this centrally located guesthouse/annex of 52m2. 100m to Kirken and Skagen Bryghus as well as walking distance (400m) to the harbor. Aflanged bedroom with 1 1/2 bed. bunk beds in the living room for 2 people. Nice bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Perfect for 2 people, or good for a couple with children. Private terrace and large communal garden. Rental space for children, shared gas gril, petanque court, etc. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are included in the price.

Quiet surroundings.

The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room where there is a 2 pers. bed and a sofa bed that can be knocked out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue ( THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). The apartment features a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. Bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUT TO GET INTO THE BATHROOM. It is 1.6 km to the city centre and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for 80kr per package.

Nice newly renovated annex, where we rent out this double room in the annex, which has a 180 cm good bed and Walk-In closet. TV with ChromeCast. Small cozy dining area with comfy chairs. Entrance with mini kitchenette, electric kettle, fridge with freezer. No possibility of hot food. Free tea, coffee and mini bar. Bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. You have the annex to yourselves, private entrance, and don't share the kitchen or bathroom with others. I rent my car, Toyota Aygo, via GoMore, just ask me:)

Newly renovated apartment in 2 levels in the center of Skagen a few min. from the harbor, beach and pedestrian area. View of the city's roofs towards the harbour and look to the Skagen Museum. Kitchen with induction and dishwasher. Bathroom with tub. Lovely enclosed south-facing garden with furniture in quiet surroundings. Please note that bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented for DKK 100 per person. Pets are not allowed.

The last few days, the Wi-Fi connection didn't come up on my phone. My mistake, as a "boomer". But if not, there was something that needed to be fixed.

We had the most wonderful stay at Martin's and would not hesitate to recommend his place to other guests. The design of the house itself is stunning - just as seen in the photos - and it is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature. The house was very well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen and bathroom amenities, and just about anything else you would want for a comfortable stay. Martin was a friendly, responsive, and generous host, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We also had the pleasure of grabbing a bite and a coffee at his cafe (Keramikcafe' Mollehuset), which we can also highly recommend to any guests. Overall, we only wish we could have stayed longer, and would love to return at some point in the future. If you are considering staying here, you should not hesitate!

We were four friends who had an amazing trip to Skagen. This, in particular, also contributed to the great location, and good standards. Clean idyllic and wonderful to come home to after we had been out. All positives about the space and the coziness it helped create. Parking space small so maybe aware of other parking options.
