Villa vacation rentals in Grenada

I would like to thank Airbnb of Hilltop Villa in Grenada, specifically Melisha for her great customer service . Unfortunately due to o hurricane Beryl our flight was cancelled the day before our trip with no alternate route options to Grenada. From day 1 of booking the villa we were in communication with Mrs. Melisha and all of our questions were answered promptly.She ensured us not to worry. We were offered credit towards our future trip, despite the"no refund policy". My family and I do plan on visiting the beautiful Airbnb @ Hilltop Orchard Villa in Grenada in the near future and we will be booking with Melisha again.

Great place to stay. Big house with AC and all amenities. The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Great restaurant and mini market (phare bleu) close by. No beach at the house but you can jump off the dock ! Grande anse is 20min away. Very peaceful and safe, dog friendly too !! Highly recommended.

Conrad & Joycelyn’s AirBnB is in a beautiful location and has plenty of space for our party of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and had everything we needed. Their local host, Paulette, was responsive to our questions and was able to work flexibly with our schedule.

Beautiful view of the island below. The place was clean, the furniture was comfortable, they had all the amenities you could ask for, and the a/c worked great in the bedrooms. It was extremely convenient to use one of the SUVs that they offer, but beware that the house is at the top of an extremely steep hill, which might be uncomfortable for unconfident drivers.

The property was everything we expected and more. It literally had every single possible item you would need in a house while offering a high level of comfort with a great sea view. It’s a great vacation option for a family of four or two couples wanting privacy and comfort in a safe neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and willing to assist us whenever we needed help. Regrettably we spent very little time on property as we took in a lot of the carnival activities. However, it would be the first choice of accommodation for our next trip to the island. Hopefully it would be a much more relaxing trip.

Don't hesitate!! We have rented a number of homes over the years; this ranks with the best! The home is spacious &comfortable. Good beds, fluffy towels, nice showers. AC in the bedrooms worked well, but you hardly need it with the constant breeze. Fully stocked modern kitchen,. We wanted for nothing! Even coolers and beach bags making our beach-going easy. The pool is To Die For. Gorgeous with an incredible view, warm yet refreshing (and salt water, not chlorine which is really nice). The patio is constructed so there is always good shade (sun is VERY strong here!). SO peaceful - all you hear is the waves and birds & you can't see other houses/people. Landscaping throughout the the property is stunning, flowers everywhere. Ramon was a dream to work with - very communicative, checking in on us & giving great recommendations. Beverly, the house keeper, cooked us a wonderful welcome meal & was delightful. Desalynn got us checked in and taken care of. STAY HERE - you won't regret it! :)

Magret is an extremely caring and accessable host - very well connected on the island to help with anything possibly needed. The house is of very high quality - compltetely refurbished after hurricane BERYL (7/2024). View, loggia, teracce and infinity pool super. Location very calm / remote. 4x4 car needed - for 15 min steep scenic uphill drive.

Hirondelle is the most special villa we have ever stayed in. The spectacular location offers breathtaking views, total privacy and amazing breezes. The home is modern and well laid out with plenty of relation space for a large family or group. Ice cold A/C at night in the bedrooms and cross breezes thru the main living space are heavenly. Can't say enough about the owner and management team. Your every need or concern should one arise, will be immediately addressed. Although located off the beaten path and private, the property is just minutes from the best beaches, excellent restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Our second visit to Hirondelle was just as wonderful as our first!

My family and I totally enjoyed staying at this home, it was clean, spacious and comfortable, we spent quite a bit of time sitting by the little pool in the front yard after roaming around the island with that cool breeze that makes you sleepy, it was so peaceful and relaxing. All our questions or needs was dealt with very promptly by either the house manager Fiona or the owner Afi. All in all this is a place that I would certainly come back to. Thank you Afi and your team for contributing to making our visit to Grenada a very enjoyable one.

From start to finish this was an excellent choice for our family! Caretaker met us at the house for tour and key exchange and she was very helpful via text throughout our stay. Bring snorkeling gear and explore around Bird Island or around the point to Egmont beach. Don’t grocery shop on way to house as it’s really stocked well! Great fruit trees on the property! We explored the island in all parishes and found some amazing local bars and restaurants! Visit the waterfalls, rum distilleries, chocolate growers and by all means take in the local history and culture! We also rented a local boat thru Spice Island Adventures and snorkeled statue bay and a few other great spots! We highly recommend this spot for families or adventurers looking for that calm and relaxing place to start and end your days experiencing this amazing island! House was spectacular - clean, well apportioned, beautiful. Surroundings were excellent, and a close walk to the beach. But Dominic was remarkable. I've honestly never had such service through AirBNB. He communicated constantly, helped us sort out a rental car, made recommendations...he made everything sooooo much easier. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

This five bedroom villa up in the hills ended up being the perfect home base for our particular team. We were in town for a film festival, so our focus wasn't on proximity to beaches; we needed a comfortable place to call home between engagements. The kitchen/dining room/living room area was large enough to accommodate all six of us comfortably, and in the mornings and evenings, we made great use of the area around the pool. The pool also provided some welcome respite from the midday heat! If you're looking for a beachfront property or want to be in the thick of things, this probably isn't the place for you, but if you'd like a quiet retreat where you can relax and enjoy the company of family and friends, this is a great option. I'm not sure I would have been able to find the house on my own, but Keron the house manager met me in his car and led the way the first time and couldn't have been kinder. When I return to Grenada with a group, I'll be back!

A group of us came to stay at the spice house for a week. The place was great. The food was generally excellent. The staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation as needed.

The Modern Villa with Pool in Mirabeau, St Andrews - Grenada is an exceptional accommodation choice. This aesthetically pleasing property, owned by Janelle, is strategically positioned, providing easy access to various island locations. Its proximity to bus routes, merely a brief 2 to 3-minute walk away, enables guests to travel the island without personal transportation. However, it's important to note that we did hire a vehicle for our convenience. Detailed directions for finding the property were included in the welcome email. It was also communicated that in Janelle's absence, her father would be available to resolve any queries we may have. Joseph was professional, friendly, and readily accessible - always there when needed. Our stay at the property was genuinely enjoyable, thanks to its modern amenities, comfortable ambiance and a great host. We truly savoured every moment and anticipate another stay during our next visit to Grenada.

We had a fantastic stay at Atma Island Villa. The space is large and as a family group of 9 we had lots of room. The pool area and relaxing lounge with big doors was a great place to chill out. We loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere at Bathway - so different from the south of the island. The breeze was great for keeping us cool and meant there were no mosquitoes around in the evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and we also had food delivered which was very tasty. Bathway beach has a nice swimming area and you can also swim at Levera (although both have waves). We enjoyed other local beaches, the chocolate factory and hot pools nearby. We had our own cars, which made exploring easy. Sandra was very helpful and communicative as was Faye who came to settle us in. Thanks for a great stay!

Came here for Christmas with my family. The place is cozy and set in an idyllic location. We had a tree set up before we got in which was lovely for the kids. It felt intimate and had what we needed- simple and clean. Janet, Philomena and Veneta were very attentive. If you want simple, a bit rustic and peaceful - this place is for you. No immediate view from the inside of the house but walk outside and this place feels like a bit of heaven. Nearby houses but does not encroach on this property. One may be concerned about the wrought iron above the central courtyard and windows but overall adds a sense of security. We did not have a bad day here. Amazing water pressure and nothing like soaking in the pool At the end of a busy day after sightseeing all the amazing things to do in Grenada. Loved loved being here. Not high end by any means but simple, small and purely perfect!

Great host, house manager and cleaning lady! Nice location on a private/gated estate overlooking the sea. Lovely in the evening listening to the crickets and sea! The house has all the kitchen appliances, cookware, crockery etc you’d expect, lovely comfy beds and well needed air con in the bedrooms for a restful nights sleep. Small shop just outside the estate (Aubrey’s) which sold most things was handy, and a gas station a little further down the road. Plenty to do and see on the island, I recommend going to The Aquarium restaurant for a fancy dinner with stunning views! Thanks James and staff for a wonderful stay!
