House vacation rentals in Grenada

We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

Our group of three (couple and senior parent) was very happy at Gum Tree house. Maggie was exceptionally hospitable, we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived at the property. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, pool is gorgeous, washer and dryer a welcome help, kitchen well equipped, lovely gardens to explore, sufficiently private bedrooms, views from every spot. The house was well suited to our daily routine of slow mornings, a midday adventure, back in time for a late afternoon swim and prepping dinner while watching the sunset. TV is set up but we chose to not connect to the outside world and were happier for it. Beaches and provisions are a short drive away, the walking path to Anse la Roche was not accessible during our stay. Do rent a 4x4, the property is securely tucked, alone, high into the hillside with access via uneven terrain. If you enjoy an unspoilt island but appreciate coming home to the finer comforts of a modern building, Gum Tree House is a perfect destination.

We had a wonderful stay at Mondel’s villa. He was an excellent host - great communicator, very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Mondel was there to greet us and show us around. The house was spotless and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing with a fabulous pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Thank you for a fabulous stay! :)

Had an excellent 3 week stay. Habib went above and beyond the expectations of any Airbnb host. The Wifi is good in case you need to do some work, I had no problems with Zoom meetings (Usually around 15mbps). The house is only a 10 minute walk from over a dozen food spots and the SGU bus stop is just down the road. I regularly just walked to the campus, however. The view from the backyard is impressive, I enjoyed the sunsrises and the private beach. Will definitely come again next time I'm in Grenada!

Our stay at Prospect House was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the wonderful hosts, Wendy and Dominic. The property offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, especially during sunset—an absolute treat for the eyes. Even without renting a vehicle, we had no trouble getting around, as Dominic graciously acted as our driver and tour guide. He ferried us to various destinations and was always there to pick us up after our adventures. Despite our insistence, he kindly refused any payment for his time and effort. If you ever have the chance to visit the charming island of Carriacou, don't miss out on the serene tranquility and stunning beauty that comes with staying at Prospect House. Thank you! A perfect getaway for our family of four. 20 min drive to west coast beaches. Quiet, private location and made plenty of use of the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable and AC for sleeping. Areas for hanging outside in the shade during all parts of the day and overlooking the cove below. Small market a few mins up the road and kitchen/bbq worked for our cooking needs when home. Would definitely come again.

I enjoyed the privacy and the greenery around. Also a short walk to the grocery and bakery stores. The buses are frequent especially if you want to visit St georges and Grand Anse beach. If you want a bit of excercise you can walk around to have a good look at the abundance of greenery around. As this is my third time here I did a bit more walking. The apartment was clean and cosy and had everything I needed for my stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Vittoria gave clear instructions to finding her home, however we had no phone data to call her for help. it didn't help our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived in the dark. Vittoria had good local knowledge and gave us recommendations. We did walk to the beach but the walk back was up hill.

Theresa was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to find us a rice cooker for our sailing trip. Her home was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the bay. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Loved staying at this location and the host was superb! I was most appreciative of the communication and instructions prior and during our stay. Another Fantastic Stay! This was our second time staying at Aliz Paradise, and We couldn’t be happier! Just like our first visit, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We are visiting after Carriacou was hit by hurricane Beryl (July 2024) and it’s great to see so many things are back up and running. Carriacou is definitely ready to welcome visitors. Our host was amazing—always so welcoming and attentive to any needs we had. We truly felt at home. We appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, from the thoughtful amenities to the helpful local recommendations. We had another fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting getaway. Thank you for another lovely stay!

We loved our stay! The view is spectacular and the sounds of the ocean are so relaxing. The place had everything we needed and we loved how safe the neighborhood was to walk or jog in. Beautiful property and location!

Wow! This villa was truly an amazing find. Fantastic ocean views everywhere you look, spacious rooms, very well appointed. The villa was a wonderful breath of fresh air after a day out exploring the island. The pool overlooking the bay was an excellent way to end the evening. We were given a tour of the villa and features at check-in and our contact, Kathy, was available to answer any questions throughout the stay. It was more than enough space for me, my husband and our 15 yo son.

I can't imagine a better value in Sauteurs area. Denise was responsive, place was clean and well equipped. Wonderful to have air conditioning. Will stay again if we return to area.

I recently stayed at Jacqueline's for a short trip and can definitely recommend her home. The spacious house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Sauteurs , where you can find bakeries, supermarkets, shops and a few eateries. Check-in was seamless. Jocelyn who manages the property, was very responsive and did her utmost to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated this. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the madness of St. George's, definitely consider Jacequeline's.

Glenda’s place is a cute little gem. It was exactly what we needed for our monthly stay. Glenda was very hospitable & friendly. She brought us mangos, apples & coconut from her garden which were delicious. We liked that we could get a cab anytime we needed or take the local bus.

Stayed 1 week in Howard and Bianca’s cottage. Location is wonderful very private but on the beach in 60 seconds! Home has all the equipment you need and everything worked. Great coffee maker with fresh beans supplied. Bedrooms have a/c and beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels and linen available. Hosts were very friendly and responsive with easy clear instructions and a relative was on hand at check in to welcome us. Good tips about local area. Coffee shop, supermarkets bars and restaurants all walkable. We have stayed in the area before but would definitely return to this cottage. It is also very good value for money.

Highly recommend this apartment. It’s very quiet, peaceful, excellent natural light and breeze. Cold A/C. Great shower. Easy access to the bus route to town. Gym close by.

Lovely accommodation with amazing views! Very peaceful surroundings and a short 10 minute walk into town with supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen has lots of equipment and utensils so easy to self cater there are a number of food shops, a market and stalls selling fruit and vegetables in town. Deefer divers is a short walk if you want to dive or snorkel. There is a small beach accessed through the garden of the Green Roof hotel next door where you can swim and snorkel. The hotel does lovely food too.

We had a wonderful stay at France and Pierre’s place. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy area of Grand Anse, but still easily accessible by car. We spent most mornings at La Sagesse beach - a 5 minute drive away. We had the beach to ourselves and ate a few delicious lunches at the resort. France and Pierre were great with our kids: helping them feed the parrots and chickens, making them treats, and indulging their curiosity. Thank you for making our stay special!

If you are looking for an off the beaten track stay, this is it! If you enjoy listening to the sound of the surf and birdsongs, while gazing at the sea, this place is for you! This is a lovely well furnished and appointed house. A ten minute walk puts you on a beach that rarely has more than a handful of people there. You can buy a cold beer and have your feet in the sand. (Shout out to Elma and Gillian for their food, beer , and company.)This was our pleasure for 2 months. Amanda was a most responsive and efficient host. Anything we needed was provided. Her team (Devon and Brenda) kept the yard ship shape and looked after any issues we had. We didn’t have a car so Jason (Comfy Taxi Service) took us to grocery stores, markets and attractions. This was truly a “getaway from it all” vacation. Tradewinds was the setting for the simple joy of sunshine, warm temperatures and the friendly people of Grenada. Bathway is beautiful! Highly recommend.

Denise is such a lovely lady, everything was as expected. She collected me from the airport and her place was exactly like the pictures. What a lovely view from the balcony. It’s close to a couple of nice restaurants and the walk along the road to the harbour and shops isn’t too far. It’s a great spot for Tyrell bay and i had such a great time at carnival. If you want a nice quiet spot for a few days in paradise, stay here.
