Comfortable, simple, functional, well-equipped and non-smoking Mosquito nets on all windows. Double glazing, controlled mechanical ventilation, reversible air conditioning. I don't charge a cleaning fee, but in return I just expect you to leave the place as you found it. All necessary utensils and products are at your disposal. Towels and bed sheets are available as an OPTION for a fee.

my wife found it to be a cute space that was plenty spacious for our family, and provided lovely views of the castle. we wish we had more time! the back patio is not to be missed, staring up at the castle in the backyard feels exhilarating in a medieval kind of way! I wish I had had a minute to grill out and enjoy a meal on the patio! it is just a quick three or four minute walk up to the castle.

A spacious backyard pool is visible with swimmers enjoying a game of water volleyball. Sun loungers are positioned nearby under a wooden pavilion, surrounded by lush greenery. The clear blue sky provides a bright backdrop, and the pool is framed by wooden decking.

We had a lovely stay with friends at Emilie's house. Our host welcomed us warmly… showed us around the house and was discreet throughout the stay but very responsive to our spontaneous requests. We recommend …. Very clean and very well-equipped house… It's the ideal place for a stay for families or groups of friends in a quiet place but also close to amenities... And lots of nearby visits. The possibility of playing petanque, playing darts, or even playing volleyball in the pool with quality equipment enhance the stay of young and old... the living room and bedrooms equipped with televisions offer everyone the possibility of relaxing in front of a movie, a mission or other... The plancha area and its amenities are perfect for pleasant moments shared over a drink. Really … everything is great …!!! We'll go back. Thank you Emilie

An absolutely perfect stay! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, both inside and outside — real comfort from the moment of arrival. We especially loved the pool, super nice and perfectly maintained. A brilliant stay at a beautiful home which gave great value for money. The grounds and house are perfect and the kids loved the variety of things to do. Slightly further from carcosonne that we expected, if we came again I’d recommend hiring a car although the bus was very affordable. A great property and the host was extremely helpful
