An easy quick walk down the driveway and across the road is a relaxing fishing spot with access to the 12 mile paved bike and hiking trail that goes around the lake’s shore. Bird watching is a must also! Bald eagles nest here along with great blue herons and ospreys also loving the area.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Located in the small town of Cochranton, within walking distance of marketplace grocery, the park, and right across the street from kovfino coffee/Iris theatre!! The town is at your fingertips!! With a well stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace it's the perfect space to relax as a couple or with a few friends!! We have a queen size bed as well as a corduroy convertable bean bag chair/bed.

Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.

Needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
