Nyd din ferie i en unik nybygget lejlighed, med den bedste udsigt over Nuuk fjorden. Nyd solnedgangen og se nordlyset inde fra lejligheden. Det er i et roligt og hyggeligt område i den gamle og ikoniske bydel “myggedalen” Det er i gåafstand til kolonihavnen og bymidten. Den rummelige lejlighed har en hyggelig stue med stort TV, samt fuldt udstyret køkken. Soveværelset har en dobbeltseng og i stuen er der en stor og behagelig sovesofa. Lejligheden deler indgang med et lille kontorfællesskab.

Nyd en stilfuld oplevelse i denne centralt beliggende bolig beliggende på Nuuk' bedste placering. Lige udenfor vinduerne ses den autentiske gamle kolonihavn og Hans Egede troner ved siden af den ikoniske røde Frelser kirke. Indenfor er der stue i sammenhæng med køkken, tre soveværelser 2 med 140 cm senge og en med 180 cm senge. Gulvvarme i alle rum og et ventilationsanlæg sørger for godt indeklima. Bad med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Unnuisarfik Qeqertarsuaq

Drift off in the Up house is located on Upernaviup Aqq. B-130 A and is on the 2nd floor. The house was insulated in 2012/2013, when it also got a new kitchen, just as the toilet/bathroom was expanded. The house is fully furnished. This unique and quiet home. Qeqertarsuaq and Disko Island are known for their unique geological formations. Possibility to be picked up at the port and it's free! :) (P.S. there is no taxi or bus in the city)

A charming house with an amazing picture-window view of a fjord filled with icebergs. The perfect nest for two people. Full kitchen, bedroom with rooftop window, fold-out couch & table in front room. Large, multi-lingual library. Wooden deck has a view of the ice cap. Electric heater for cooler days. Hot and cold running water in the kitchen. Cold water only in WC sink. Bathroom has a composting toilet and no shower.
