Possibility of whale watching. The house is located high in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Short walking distance to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarkets), restaurants, close to "Yellow Hiking Route" to Isfjorden. The home is suitable for 3 people, but can be used by 4, (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed sofa and 2 box mattresses in the loft).

This home is located in one of the absolute best locations in Ilulissat, where you can hear the sea just outside and smell the ice from Ilulissat Ice Fjord. There is a view of Ilulissat Ice Fjord, and from the house you can see both sail out to sea from the nearby harbor. If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

Den rummelige lejlighed har en hyggelig stue med stort TV, samt fuldt udstyret køkken. Soveværelset har en dobbeltseng og i stuen er der en stor og behagelig sovesofa. Lejligheden deler indgang med et lille kontorfællesskab.

The home includes 1 master bedroom with a double bed, a bed loft with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen/living area. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay with new appliances such as TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and induction stove. Last but not least the home offers a large and brand new wooden terrace with outdoor furnitures.

The house has a fantastic view over Tasiilaq and the fjord, and are located 5 - 10 minutes from shopping facilities. The house contains 4 beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little bathroom. Outside the house you'll find a terrace and periodic when it is not elsewhere there will be the possibility to use our portable Sauna and ice bath. Free WIFI included in rent. Min bolig lægger tæt på natteliv, lufthavnen og centrum. Du vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigterne, placeringen og omgivelserne. Min bolig er god til par, forretningsrejsende og familier (med børn). VIGTIGT: Fra 1. januar 2026 opkræves der en overnatningsafgift på 30 DKK pr. person pr. nat for gæster, der ikke er bosat i Grønland. Afgiften betales separat efter booking af huset og går til de grønlandske myndigheder. Tak for jeres forståelse!

Unnuisarfik Qeqertarsuaq

Drift off in the Up house is located on Upernaviup Aqq. B-130 A and is on the 2nd floor. The house was insulated in 2012/2013, when it also got a new kitchen, just as the toilet/bathroom was expanded. The house is fully furnished. This unique and quiet home. Qeqertarsuaq and Disko Island are known for their unique geological formations. Possibility to be picked up at the port and it's free! :) (P.S. there is no taxi or bus in the city)

Cozy house just behind the Iconic Zion's Church

Feel at home in this cozy house just behind the Iconic Zion's Church and just across the road from Knud Rasmussen's museeum. If you are lucky, you will hear the whales sing while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace and if you have the courage and knowledge in kayaking you are free to grab the kayaks at the house - completely on your own risk - and get even closer to them and the great icebergs.
