Townhome vacation rentals in Green Point

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Vicky and Trevor supplied us with a baby bath, high chair and campcot - which saved us abit of packing. They do wake up early.. But we're up earlier so we didn't mind at all. Just had the best time!

We had an awesome week here. Easy access to walk everywhere to great restaurants and sights. Super convenient grocery store and mall across the alley. Parked in mall that was secure the whole week. 100 Rand per day. Shower temp is a bit flaky to keep at the ideal temperature but that was a minor quirk. Living space was super cozy and very spacious.

I had a fantastic stay at Lorraine's place. She was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and the space was beautifully decorated and spotless, with a top-notch bathroom. The location was great, with easy access to cabs and excellent security. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Check in was easy and the host was always responsive to our changes in check-in/out time and any questions we had. Lovely spacious apartment with great views of the beach from the upstairs balcony. Master bedroom is huge with plenty of wardrobe space. Excellent housemaid service every couple of days. Easy to walk to the beach and loads of fab restaurants. We didn't walk back after dark but Ubers were plentiful and only cost about £2.50. I would really recommend Camps Bay as the place to stay in Cape Town and this apartment is a great choice if you have a family or group of friends. Only slight negative was the pool area which had no amenities and only one sun lounger - just something to consider if that is important to you. Also bear in mind there is no air-conditioning but electric fans were provided. Bonus was two car parking spaces in a locked car park with direct access to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

The house is just beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home in Cape Town. It’s especially lovely to have such a great outdoor area, where you can sit under trees and watch some birds - in the middle of the city. The Gardens Shopping Center with all the shops you need is just around the corner. So: great location, beautiful home, great communication with Bridget - we will be back!

The most beautiful location, right on the beach with restaurants in walking distance. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

L’appartement est comme sur les photos, cosy, propre, agréable et fonctionnel, le petit plus est cet extérieur calme et à l’abri des regards et la place de parking. En plus la résidence est paisible. Je recommande sans hésitation aucune et garde cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours.

I had a great stay at Nathans place. It was the perfect base for three adults. It is very comfortable, light and had everything we needed. Safe on street parking outside the cottage. We could chill and have breakfast before heading out, or have a relaxing drink in the courtyard or lounge at the end of the day. It is very central but it still quite peaceful, great base for getting to southern suburbs, town and Atlantic side of Cape Town. Would recommend.

Vielen Dank, Sandra! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Deinem Haus. Es ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art in Kapstadt. Und so gelegen, dass man auch zu Fuß viele Orte in der Umgebung problemlos und sicher erreichen kann. Vielen Dank, dass wir ein paar Tage bei Dir zu Gast sein durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder mal in Kapstadt sind.

Wonderful host and we will for sure come back to this oasis in the middle of Cape Town. Brink property highlights are the interior settings, comfortable beds and the outdoor terrace in front of the apartment. Pool area is currently under renovation, but one can have a relaxed dip for refreshment.

Het huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Kaapstad te verkennen. Rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij invalswegen en restaurants. Het huis is ruim en heeft persoonlijkheid. Je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt om je meteen thuis te voelen. De keuken is prima uitgerust, de slaapkamers zijn ruim en netjes en de badkamers comfortabel. Het overdekte terras met gezellige zithoek en ruime eettafel zijn de kers op de taart. Werner is een prima host die altijd bereikbaar is en een excellente service levert, maar tegelijk ook de privacy van zijn gasten respecteert. We hadden een heerlijke tijd hier!

Stunning views all day long, felt right at home! We stayed there for 3 weeks and absolutely loved the house! Would definitely comeback. The pool/ outside area is even better than the pictures. Nice balcony with always a bit of shade, plenty of lounger chairs and great outside braai. The house is very spacious, has 3 proper rooms with views and 1 another back room that doesn’t have windows or a proper door but still has quite some light and 2 single beds. Appliances could have a refresh but the location, feeling of the house, stunning views and welcoming vibes/ flexibility of the host truly makes up for it! Thanks a lot!

This is a fabulous apartment with a gorgeous roof terrace, with all you need. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped. The whole place is spotless and nicely decorated. It’s a gated community do we felt safe. Our host was really responsive and super helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Loved the feel of the home. The steam bathroom was an added bonus I didn’t expect - loved it!!! The top deck was amazing as well. Will definitely book here again.

A property management company look after the let with very good communication which makes check in easy. The house was perfectly clean and tidy on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with basics to get started such as seasonings, oil and spices etc. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a summers day and overlooked by table mountain makes for an impressive setting. The house is at the top of Camps Bay a little out of the way and so a car is essential. Thank you for hosting us for a lovely week away for me and my family. We would definitely return again.

It was lovely meeting Liezel and Nicol during our stay. They are very kind, attentive, and friendly. We could not find fault with their beautiful home or service. It is clean and comfortable, and we recommend everyone book their place to stay.

One of the best places could stay at. Good quality without being Ikea / plasticy. Fresh with character X) X) X) Warmly recommend to everyone. Private garden for yoga or sunbathing. Walls protect from wind, so feels warmer when windy days :) So much nice light basking in upstairs, but good curtains to make dark if needed X) X) X) Cute small communal back alley garden route. Where cute, friendly and nice neighbours and pets might meet and greet X) Host is very friendly, fast responses, and nice person. Very flexible, understanding and overall one of the best hospitality. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Would hope to have this home as our own in Berlin X) Hihiiiiihhhh. Thank U again. This made our time more enjoyable in the city / near the city. Old Biscuit Mill market where fruit, restaurants and second hand clothes on Saturdays is only 15min walk. Bus to city center 2 min walk. Bus card 5 min walk. Bus takes 15-20min to center. Love the place, looks exactly as advertised, it clean, clutter free, secured and the Host was responsive and accommodating. I will deffo book again.

I booked at Sharon’s because, as an ex Capetonian I knew exactly where it was situated and how central it is. I did not hire a car because walking is safe around the townhouse area and for longer distances, Uber is cheap and easily available. With my grown children from London and Florida we had a wonderful stay.

A magnificent home . Best location Walking distance to shops Beautiful and clean . Shaun is a great host . I highly recommend this space to Antony traveling to Capetown .

Loved staying at Casa Lopes. Bernice and team communicated very well and we felt welcome. The proximity to the beach makes for a good morning run of you like such and even dinner at restaurants near the beach. We were a group of 5 and the place felt spacious enough.
