Monthly Rentals in Green Mountain

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Mike’s place! Very close proximity to Red Rocks for a reasonable price. Despite being a tiny home we felt like we had plenty of room and all of the finishes on the home are top notch. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and would happily stay at Mike’s place again.

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Staying at Donna’s place was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at home. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality set the tone for a peaceful and restorative stay. The space itself is incredibly serene — a true haven that instantly put me at ease. Donna was also exceptionally responsive and flexible throughout my month-long stay, making everything so easy and stress-free. She was always just a message away and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. I truly felt like I belonged there, and that’s not something I say lightly. Everything was great. No complaints. Clean. Friendly responsive host. Great location. Nice neighbors. Next to Green Mountain for fun hiking and close to Fosberg dog park which is beautiful with great sunrises. Easy drive to Morrison, Red Rocks, Dinosaur Ridge and Golden. We loved our stay! Highly recommended.
