This was a perfect location for a city break and wider exploration of the riviera, historical surroundings and beautiful islands. The balconies had incredible views, one sunny at breakfast and one to watch the sunset over a late meal or bottle of wine. Small kitchen - 2 hot plates would have been useful instead of one. Equipment and extras were much appreciated. The area looks grubby at first, until you realise its quirky and cool with fab bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and quirky shops, which seem more open at weekends. Easy walk down from Lycabettus hill opposite (we took the funicular up after a long day exploring). Views up there are amazing, especially over a cocktail 🍸

very clean & comfortable. very accommodating when we needed anything. Great location for walking to the Plaka area & Parthenon. Especially appreciated that they informed us ahead of a transportation shutdown the day of departure & provided another van to pick us up. great hosts. highly recommend. we greatly enjoyed Athens

Unmatchable view. Excellent privacy, since it’s a rooftop penthouse. The place has a few quirks, but nothing bad and they describe the place to you accurately. Just be aware the place is on the small side, including the kitchen, but again, the pictures and descriptions are accurate and you’ll love the surrounding restaurants, the Parthenon, and maybe one of the most magical rooftops and views of all time. For our trip, we communicated with K’s sister, Matilda, and she was as attentive and on top of things as she could be. We really, really appreciated it, because it was our first stop in Greece and we were just getting off the long plane ride and exhausted and in a new country and city. Lastly, you’ll love Athens and the location. The building entrance is quirky, but you’re near almost everything, and we loved it.

We had a wonderful stay here. Stelios provided really good recommendations and the view of the acropolis is amazing here - especially at night. The outdoor space is what makes it so special! :)

We loved our stay! The view was amazing and it was very convenient to uber or take the metro to different attractions. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Athens.

Lovely simple spot with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby and Nektaria was a brilliant, helpful and communicative host.

Firstly, Dionisis was incredibly helpful, assisting with check in and even helping with ride transfers during a taxi strike. The place is wonderful and relaxing and there is absolutely no shortage of things to do within a short walk of the apartment. Nightlife, food and of course seeing all the history the city has to offer. Would recommend to anybody visiting Athens!

Kostas’s place was perfect for us with very convenient location, beautiful and huge rooftop terrace looking directly up to the Palamidi Fortress and very comfortable.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Eva and Korinna are great hosts. They have a very nice airB&B in the Centre of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Great time.

The view is truly spectacular! From each window and the large sliding doors Athens and historical sites surrounding you. The veranda is large and spacious five stories up. Hostess responds in minutes and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the Jasmine Cottage around corner where we found the most “homemade “ Greek food way less expensive than further up the street. Truly a unique kind.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

Indescribably beautiful place to stay with a great view. Even nicer in real life than in the photos! The hosts are super friendly and sweet, gifted us with little things and we were allowed to check in earlier! A crib and high chair were provided for our baby. We would definitely come back

Nice two floor apartment in a new building. It has two terraces with amazing view, pool was clean and heated. Easy self check in. There's no microwave or we just didn't find it 🤷 Parking in underground garage is very narrow, only for small cars.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

A truly wonderful accommodation experience in Tinos! From the first moment, the hospitality was incredible: we were welcomed with a platter full of traditional delicacies – homemade jam, a little homemade liqueur, pasteli and tsipouro. This small but essential detail wins you over from the start. The host was extremely kind and helpful. And what can I say about the view… amazing! You wake up and feel like you're in a postcard. All this made our stay not only comfortable, but truly warm and memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the authentic hospitality of Tinos and enjoy unique moments with breathtaking views.

Very cool and very nice place

The owner Marina was very warm and nice. She always took care of us and was always available and responsive. The pool was great and the area was very quiet. Via Marina we were also able to rent a great car, which is a must on the island! She was also able to recommend us an airport transfer and good restaurants. I'd love to come back :)
