Parking for up to 2 cars. Patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. The apartment is fully equipped. No bed linens/towels are included. However, they can be rented. Suitable for 4-6 people. Check-in 3 p.m. Check-out 11:00 a.m. Public charging station for electric car is about 50 meters away

Quiet location, with walking distance to the sea, swimming, restaurants and shops. Two floors: Entrance floor: Open-plan with full-size kitchen, sofa and glass section out to the balcony. Fireplace as well as shower and toilet. The sofa can be made up and used for sleeping. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, sauna and small bathtub. Bedroom 1 with double bed and view. Bedroom 2 with family bed (80+120)

Private parking for the apartment is not available.

The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.
