Really enjoyed this property with our little dog. The winery and garden grounds are beautiful. So nice to wander through the gardens in the evening with a glass of wine. Plenty of spots to sit and take in nature. The Captain’s Cottage is clean and very comfortable. We had fun playing corn hole and ping pong in the garage. Great use of space! Definitely worth a visit.

While we misunderstood and thought the property was on the lake or had visibility of the lake, which is untrue, the property still did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with.

We had such a wonderful girls weekend getaway at this cozy little cabin! It was the perfect size for me, my mom, and my sister. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we were looking for. The hot tub out back was such a treat and made our stay feel extra relaxing. Great location, peaceful vibes, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

He really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was an absolute bonus. The property was very private and quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more! We didn’t see any otters, but it was still a great view to wake up to. Definitely think we’ll come back to that spot when we come back up to visit.

Michelle and Brandi are great hosts! The home is beautiful and offers great views! The beach entrance that is walking distance is closed (a local told us it was due to a king tide wiping it out recently) but there’s another one just a couple minute drive down the road. You can hear the waves from the house. The decks are great for hanging out. Hot tub was easy to operate and was great at night to warm up and relax. They also have great board games available for all ages and plenty of space to play! Overall a great stay. I highly recommend the home for any ocean trip!

We had a great one night stay. It was exactly as I pictured it being based on the description and the provided pictures. It was very serene and provided the much needed quiet evening my wife and I wanted for our anniversary. It was also very dog friendly and made for a stress free getaway. One tip for others: the door has an electronic lock and you need to pull the door shut tight while it locks or the door will not lock. It works fine, but the door needs to be adjusted. This is not a complaint, but a tip for others coming in so you don't inadvertently leave the place unlocked all day.

Jo was a very responsive and accommodating host. The venue was exactly what was pictured, we loved the arcade/entertainment room. Was very close to the beach for razor clamming.

I was happy to find a quiet neighborhood, space to park our 22' class c, comfy place for husband, mother-in-law and me. Beautiful yard , walking distance to the ocean, very happy.

The cottage was lovely, in a quiet area, and check in/out was an easy process. This home is pet friendly and very clean. Whenever we come back for a visit, we’d love to stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. It was a very good stay! The only thing that I would note is that you only get the downstairs portion of the house (although, no one was staying upstairs while we were there, so that was a plus). It was a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and there was almost NO people on the beach! Loved that! We drove down to Ocean Shores, one afternoon, and that beach was PACKED. It was nice to get back to our quiet beach. Good stay! Worth it!

As always things went excellent. We always stay here whenever we are down that way. It is always the same…..EXCELLENT

Great to be close to the docks since my trip was for fishing. Very responsive when I had a question. Had great kitchen essentials! Was pleased with there being everything I needed! Great!

Loved the cottage & the host The home is not for plus sized people. for example only three inches from toilet seat to sink cabinet . The carport is not for plus sized vehicles. for example no dry parking for most trucks or anything over 6ft 6 inches tall But the hosts were great and good communicators

Wonderful place to stay in Grayland. As described, wonderful communication from Jaren our host. We were just there for one evening for a quick fishing trip. Would definitely book for a long weekend in the future. Very clean and cozy home. Enjoyed the house very much.

Our girls trip to the beach was so much better staying at this house. It's a short walk to the beach which felt like a private one.The beds and the couch were very comfy felt at home. I would stay here again!

This house had a great beach vibe and was so fun to hang out at! We had a great time and loved that it was close to everything!

There's a reason this place receives so many great reviews. It's that great! It's homey, without feeling like someone's house. It's well done with great style, without feeling overdone or staged. It feels higher end, but you can still bring your dog! It's really well equipped with all the things you will need for a great beach weekend. I would guess most people leave not having used all the items, but they're nice to have. I could have practically made a cake with all the kitchen staples! I really should have gone for a bike ride! Next time!

The location of this house was great! Short walk to restaurants, shop and not much further is the beach! The area was quiet and very family friendly! Would come again!

We loved our weekend at Sweet Caroline. The house was clean and comfortable. The carriage house is adorable. All the beds were comfy and the dogs felt right at home too. The fenced yard was a plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were able to get an early check in without even asking :) And the later checkout was so nice. We were able to get brunch at Koko’s and take the dogs to the beach. We will definitely come back!

Had a fantastic stay at the Razor Clam- clean, cute and comfortable for us and our dogs. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking, close walking distance to the beach, perfect weekend getaway! Hot tub was a plus!

This is a very clean and welcoming cottage. It gives you the feeling of a tiny home. Downstairs couch has a pullout bed, which is great if you want to log into one of your streaming services and watch a movie with some popcorn. The upstairs bed is very comfortable. My only recommendation is make sure you get plenty of sleep because even with the blinds drawn, the upstairs bedroom does get flooded with daylight as soon as the sun is up. Those sensitive to it will have a perfect alarm clock. It is not even a five minute walk from all the main shops and not even a 15 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location. Our Wi-Fi went down and I sent a text to the number provided and they immediately gave me troubleshooting advice. Great communication. Respectful of privacy. Quiet. Comfortable. And they provide a very fun array of board games, not the typical ones that you find.😊 I would very much come again
