This cosy and newly renovated apartment is located only 200 meters from the beach, port and from the seafront by one of the greatest Gandia´s beach areas (North Beach). Very near from all available services such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, local commerce and a free private car park space for middle sized cars inside the building. Apartment very clean and comfortable on all its spaces. Large terrace with clear views. Only for families. Young groups of party people are not allowed.

Genial!! Podría poner más calificativos pero es simplemente GENIAL. Desayunar en la terraza, despertarte con esas vistas..y la Anfitriona disposición total, no podemos decir más que 11 sobre 10. Increíble!!

Apartamento confortable en muy buena situación. La playa se encuentra nada más bajar del apartamento. Perfectas indicaciones de Joan, muy amable y rápido. Recomendable.

Great house to spend some time and relax at sea. Very friendly owners and neighbours, I would highly recommend this place and fir sure will be back :)

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The property was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful welcome basket. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always responsive and provided great local tips. I can’t recommend this place enough and would happily return on my next visit to!

La estancia en el alojamiento de Javi fue un éxito! el apartamento está literalmente a 3 min de la playa, y tiene cerca tanto bares/restaurantes como algún supermercado. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado, y Javi estuvo muy pendiente al acercarse la fecha para asegurarse que sabíamos como acceder y que teníamos todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. nos dejó cosas preparadas para nuestro bebé (cuna, bañera y trona) sin que ni siquiera tuviéramos que pedirlo, lo cual se agradece! Por último, se agradeció mucho que en el apartamento había todo lo necesario para pasar un día mientras te sientas y vas a comprar: algo de papel higiénico/servilletas, y todo lo necesario para poder fregar sin tener que comprar los útiles. Muchas gracias por todo Javi. Sin duda, si volvemos a Gandía repetiremos!

I was in Gandia for a festival and Vicente place was the perfect one very close to the venue. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 ppl and is adequately stocked with needed supplies Vicente was very proactive when I needed help with the taxi service as I am little short handed with my spanish... but he was kind enough to call and communicate my needs. The place is very close to the beach and has some restaurants and bars located located right below the apartment. I am glad I found the place and would definitely recommend the stay.

Maravilloso! Oscar, el anfitrion siempre estuvo pendiente de todo, de nuestra llegada, de lo que necesitabamos... El lugar es increíble, lindo (mas de lo que se ve en fotos), moderno y limpio. volveríamos a quedarnos allí confiados de que sera una estadía increíble.
