We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

We had a great stay! Chris is very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Everything was great about the stay, but we did have times that we were woken up from upstairs noise making it hard to sleep in. I wouldn’t say it affected our stay though. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend it!

She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...
