Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

JohnathanRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Katie’s charming home near the red castle ruins was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in peace and magic. The cottage was beautifully kept, fully stocked, and incredibly comfortable—every detail thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. The setting is something out of a storybook. Waking up next to the historic ruins and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings was unforgettable. The hot tub was a highlight, especially after a day of travel. Our kids were thrilled with the darts and ping pong, and everyone slept like a dream—so quiet, so cozy. If Scotland weren’t so far away, we’d be back in a heartbeat. This may be the only trip we ever take as a family to Scotland, and we’re beyond grateful that Katie’s magical cottage was part of our journey. Thank you for everything!

Cheerful unique 2bedroom cottage with free parking

AlisonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This cosy cottage was ideally situated for the city and surrounding area - plenty of areas (beaches and forests) for walking - we particularly enjoyed Lossiemouth, Findhorn, Burghead, Roseisle, Cullen, Nairn and Spey Bay - the whisky trail is near by too - all in all Elgin is a great base to explore - Kate has been very helpful and easily contactable - the cottage was great and had everything you would possibly need - a real home from home - we are already planning a trip for next year and will have no problem booking this accommodation again

Deluxe 2 bed en-suite, stunning views, parking

RajiRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Wow, what a beautiful apartment! We had a wonderful stay. The directions and instructions on checking in were extremely clear. Everything was pristine and high quality, from the decor to the fixtures and fittings and kitchen equipment. I messaged Bruce to ask if he could bring us an ice cube tray for the freezer and he brought us a tray filled with ice cubes plus a welcome gift of a small bottle of whisky, which was a lovely touch! It was great to meet him and he couldn't have been nicer or more friendly and helpful. The garden was lovely and private and we enjoyed our evening drinks on the terrace. It was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Our friends and my husband and I really appreciated all the efforts put into creating such high quality accommodation.

Courtyard Cottage 3, Riverside Cottage

JohnRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

Badgers Den Silver Sands

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had a lovely two-night stay at Badger’s Den with a few friends. The bedrooms are very compact, but the living area was nicely spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and two toilets (one with shower) were appreciated. It’s a short walk to the absolutely stunning beach, though the caravan park pool was an extra charge. Overall, a great small place for a short stay.

Fantastic place. We stayed at Cottage 9. We had been to Highland club many times but this is the first time at the cottage. It is well worth it. Very private entrance and whole stay was very comfortable for four of us. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Car parking available next to the cottage.

Welcome to "The Warren"

TylerRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our time at The Warren! Beautiful home with plenty of space for the two of us. We most enjoyed watching the birds and rabbits in the expansive meadow out the front window. You could easily spend hours taking it all in. Very grateful for our hosts as well. They gave us loads of suggestions for things to do while we were in the area, and even had a welcome gift waiting for us on arrival to celebrate our honeymoon! We would be happy to stay here again.

Luxury Highland Hideaway with Hot Tub

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a beautiful little pod in the most idyllic of places. The wildlife is the only noise for miles around. The beds were really comfortable and the hot tub was a real treat. We’d ordered some meat from the farm shop, which was waiting for us when we arrived. We made good use of the BBQ, as the microwave/oven required a degree in engineering - However, there were instructions for the brave! I’d ordered a Tesco delivery- which was fantastic as we didn’t have to lug everything with us. In the cupboard were basic essentials like oil, salt and pepper etc.. The shower was a bit weak, but the water was hot. It was also a little crowded inside when the sun didn’t shine for 4 big people, but that isn’t the pods fault, it is just a pod and not a mansion! But prepared to be very cosy. The smart TV was a bonus for the teens. However they moaned a LOT about the poor wifi, Vodafone had weak 4g. No worries for us, but any longer than a couple of days and the teens would have imploded. I loved it ❤

Lyn of Sheval Croft is a piece of heaven on Earth. It was incredibly charming inside and sitting in the dome in the evening watching the sunset was so peaceful. We loved watching the horses roam in the field behind the house. Jennifer was a great host giving us incredibly detailed instructions that made our stay seamless. She also provided fantastic recommendations for in home whiskey tasting by Steve and local in home meal delivery by Mac & Cat. The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

KarolinaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The star hut is a very special place - immersed in nature, you can deer watch with a cup of tea from your bed! It's incredibly peaceful and private even though it's just a stone's throw away from the train station - such a perk for those that don't drive. Great walks nearby and can't miss a visit to the tearoom! It's own wonderful thing - so cosy, with great food and freshly baked cakes and most friendly staff.
