New independent studio with terrace and all the comforts sought (Absolute calm) Ideal for a couple, cleaning and linen are provided. the bed is on a mezzanine ( 1.60 M X 2.00 M )

A 4-minute walk from the village, the studio is ideally located in Grans. Functional, classified as a Gîtes de France, it is designed for 2 adults (140 cm bed). Linen, Wifi & Netflix included, private terrace. Quiet & residential neighborhood, easy parking. In summer, you can enjoy the pool area (June 1st / August 31st - non-private area). No smoking (inside the accommodation), no parties or events. Access reserved for hosts staying on site, no outside.
