Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

Very pleasant area. Don’t let the outside fool you. The Inside is updated with great furniture, great size bathrooms very comfortable beds. Plenty of blankets, sheets pillows. Nice size washer and dryer to wash your pool towels. Had all the basic needs of bath and kitchen. They even provided a crib for grand baby traveling with us. We had a comfortable stay.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

It was an awesome stay! We went to the Longhorn caverns and it was a great experience. We didn’t know it was by tour only though, so that could be helpful info to anyone headed there. The house was amazing though and it was our little vacation while not at the caves.

AMAZING. 10/10. Felt like walking into an HGTV dream home. Spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, every single amenity we could have hoped for. Especially appreciated the spaciousness, ample natural light, and easy to close blinds for privacy at night. We were able to walk to the heart of downtown for dinner and live music on the square, and even felt safe walking back after dark. Would stay here again a thousand times over.

Great place to relax with our kids and grandkids. The backyard was a great place to let the kids play while adults relaxed. The shade cover on the pool was a great amenity. Drew and Grace have covered everything to provide a great stay. Also, there is a very good coffee shop, Lazy Heron, within walking distance.

A great spot & host! Everything was clean & comfortable, the area was super nice and Joshua was an incredibly friendly. He had a great recommendation for dinner and was quick to answer all our questions and message us back! Can’t wait to come back when we’re back in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nice and updated. My kids loved the paddle boat and we enjoyed the serene atmosphere. It was also convenient to drop our boat at the nearby McNair Park and tie up in the canal behind Michelle’s house. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and have already booked with her again!

What a beautiful place to wake up to each day! We stayed with our two young boys and they loved all of the wildlife. We had a blast taking the golf cart to the pool! We would definitely come stay again!

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

We had a wonderful time at Erin’s place! It was exactly as described, spacious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Erin is a great host - we were particularly impressed with how well maintained and comfortable the house is. It’s also very close to the lake and the marina. It was an unforgettable father’s day weekend 😊!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! It was a cute condo with more than enough space for our group. Kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to cook dinner which we appreciated! Bathrooms and linens were clean! We spent time at the pool and the lake and enjoyed both! Drove into Marble Falls, which is very close and shopped on Main Street. We will definitely be back and plan to rent a boat or jet ski on our next trip out there!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!
